I needed to renovate a 30 years old pool. I met with Dan Schneider, who helped me select the materials that would work well with my existing pool. He answered all of my questions and helped me select materials that were both cost-effective, practical and beautiful. The pool renovation took about three weeks from start to finish. Ray Schneider was the general manager of the project, and he was always available to answer my questions and ensure that everything went well. I received email updates almost daily. The pool is beautiful and the decking exquisite. This is the first summer in 16 years that I am actually using the pool almost daily. My children love the pool renovation and have their friends over for evening swims. By far, one of the easiest renovation projects I have experienced.

This is the end of the first summer that all my family was able to enjoy the wonderful pool that Tri-State Pools renovated for us. The pool is absolutely beautiful. Actually it looks as beautiful as those pictures in the pool magazines. It requires almost no care to keep it that way.

Tri-State made the whole process so easy.  I was amazed how hard everyone worked.  They kept on schedule, were always there when they said they would be and they all were a pleasure to have around. 

My family and I thank them for making our yard look wonderful and for the many hours of enjoyment we will have there.

 Just want to say thanks for the excellent job on my mothers pool here in Whippany. The crews are true professionals, and artisans. There was alot to do to get the like new look and they did a fabulous job. The pool will be 34 years old this year and as you could see most of the original parts are still there. 

The renovation by Tri-State brought back that new pool feeling. We are following the new pool instructions Tri-State gave us and the plaster is brushing up nicely. Chemicals are balanced and we are ready to swim. I also want to thank you for getting us into your schedule so quickly as the gathering that is scheduled for early July will be a full house and the pool will be full of swimmers, I am sure.

From design through to completion and beyond the level of service and support delivered was of the highest order.  The initial review of the site and the design work was a collaboration that made sure we received quality and that the delivered renovation enhanced, often meaning that the prices were actually lower than the choices that we had originally selected.  The work itself was carried out with a minimum of inconvenience and was as speedy as could be expected - finish date turned out to be over a week ahead of schedule.

Last year, I had the pleasure of working with Tri-State Pools to resurface my 15 year old original gunite pool.  I met with three other companies to compare what they had to offer.  From the moment I met with Tri-State Pools, I knew they would be the ones to resurface my pool.  Their professionalism, experience and knowledge was beyond anyone else I met with.  They constantly kept me updated when they will be at my home and what they will be doing on a daily basis.  If they told me they would be there at 7:30 AM, they were there at 7:30 AM sharp!  I had many questions throughout the resurfacing project, and they kindly answered each and every question I had with a thorough explanation.
