  • How long do most pool renovations take?

Tri-State Pools is widely recognized for its adept management and streamlined project execution. As an illustration, simple resurfacing operations are typically completed in three to five days, while comprehensive replacements of coping, tile, and interior plaster are usually finalized within seven to ten days. For clients interested in comprehensive renovations encompassing new tile, coping, interior plaster, pool deck, equipment, and plumbing, the process generally spans three to four weeks. Our hallmark is the swift, efficient, and high-quality delivery of our services.

  • Do I need permits to renovate my pool?

Most pool renovations do not necessitate permits. Nonetheless, if your renovation project encompasses the replacement of your pool deck or electrical work, permits would be mandatory. However, rest assured, as we oversee all requisite permit applications, handling the process entirely.

  • Do you provide warranties?

Absolutely! Tri-State Pools provides the most comprehensive warranty coverage in the industry. Each renovation contract includes a detailed written warranty, and all warranties are stored electronically for quick retrieval if needed.

It is important to note that Tri-State Pools has been operating for over 43 years, demonstrating longevity and experience that truly matter. While other companies may come and go, we are committed to upholding our work and standing behind it.

  • Does Tri-State Pools offer pool opening/closing and emergency services?

Although we do not directly offer these services, we have established a "Service Referral Network" comprising some of the most reputable pool service companies in the area. We collaborate closely with our network partners to ensure a seamless transition from project completion to pool start-up and maintenance.

  • Does Tri-State Pools do small repairs?

The scheduling of small repairs is contingent upon the seasonal workload. Typically, we accommodate small repairs during the less busy period of July and August. However, during peak months, we are unable to allocate additional resources for minor repairs.

If the timeframe of July or August aligns with your requirements, we kindly request that small repair requests be directed to dan@tristatepools.biz. To facilitate the process, we ask that you include several photographs depicting the areas necessitating repair.
